Cheryl Kistner will be hosting a heartworm clinic on Sunday March 11, 2012 and it will be held at her home in Barrington, IL.  All dogs are welcome and advanced registration is required.  See the attached registration sheet for details and associated costs.  Please complete the registration form and send it to Cheryl by March 6th.
